Service is quite bad. I would not say they have bad professional, considering the doctors, but administration and other services are quite bad. Specially if you go through emergency. Translators are good, but often not focused on their jobs: chatting with coworkers, distracted when the doctor is talking, translating only half of the info...to mention some. So it can happen the doctor prescribed meds you are allergic to, since the translator forgot/missed to translate. Generally administration and translation staff act very unprofessional, feels more like a market than a hospital.

If you want to put your health in the hands of thieves, Güven is the hospital for you.

Nice hospital but the prices were high and need to be more fixed

Staff does not speak English so it is not international clinic. Information we got was misleading. I was not allowed to see my newborn baby due to missing pcr test(we asked if we needed it before hand and we were told no need). Although i had 2 jabs of vaccination and had zero symptoms of covid i had to make pcr test without my consent. I asked to see 1 hospital staff's pcr test in the last 2 days, the answer was no. They ask pcr tests only from patients and their visitors, if management would care about health, they would pcr test all their staff every 2 days for free of charge. After the test i entered hospital and i noticed They do not measure temperature at the entrance, they do not check HES codes, as you guessed right noone asked my pcr test in the service room. Shopping malls are more controlled about health than this hospital.

I had a surgery there and I was very happy with the room, nurses and of course my doctor. Its was a bit costly as I came from another country because I wanted that doctor specifically and it was totally worth it. Stayed in VIP floor, liked the room, the cafe terrace, nurses are really nice. One thing maybe to improve- since there are quite few foreigners- some English TV would be nice. There are only Turkish channels. Good thing is we had sufficient internet so we watch Bulgarian tv online.

Unreliable service. Maybe doctors are good but reception is a mess. I asked one simple thing - PCR test for international flight. They sent me unusable results - half requeridles information and in Turkish. And after 5 pm don’t answer the phone. I could have easily missed my morning flight. 2 stars instead 1: after 6 telephone calls to general reception, talking with 13 people one kind man manually as a favor sent me the correct version

So happy with my experience today. They brought a translator and helped me very well. It’s a very well organized and clean hospital and the most important thing for me was that they spoke English and provided translator. Definitely recommend this place specially for foreigners.

They provide translator for foreigners upon request. And most doctors can speak English very well. The hospital is usually clean, and crowded. The price is roughly in the same level as other private ones if without insurance. Recommended, as a summary.
