Это самая красивая и чистая аптека в Фетхие. Все продукты, которые я хочу, доступны.Больше, чем все виды фармацевтических и дерматокосметических продуктов доступны.Персонал очень дружелюбный и актуальный. поздравления.
This is the most beautiful and clean pharmacy in Fethiye. All the products I want are available. More than all kinds of pharmaceutical and dermo-cosmetic products are available. The staff is very friendly and up to date. congratulations.

Rude awful staff Been there 2 weeks ago to buy some vitamins. The pharmacist spoke poorly English but in the end I managed to find some of items I needed. Paid by card. I asked for multivitamins for pregnant and nursing, but when came home found that the pharmacist gave me just OMEGA-3... Well ok.. Today I went there to buy Propolis spray I bought there before. When entered the 3 women who work there jumped at me shouting that last time I was there I didn’t pay enough. I asked how could that be, because I paid by card and it’s impossible to not pay the whole amount. They said it was their mistake but now that I’m here I have to pay the difference. No “sorry we were wrong”!!! I immediately told them that I’m willing to pay the difference if it took place, no problem. Then they started throwing papers at me with the list of vitamins I bought and their prices. Like it meant smth, they could forge them any time. They don’t give you check with prices per item, only the final sum. And there are NO PRICE TAGS on items on the shelves or on the goods itself. I checked and asked for WiFi to check with my bank how much money I really paid. They told me to go tho the nearest coffee shop. I did so. They were rude and very nervous during our conversation. I bought Propolis spray and some other staff I came for, left it with them to ensure I will come back after check with the bank. All this time my husband and 1 year old kid were waiting in the car. And the kid started feeling annoyed. I checked with the bank and came back, it took 1 minute. They were serving a customer whose card didn’t work. They still tried again, again and again. It lasted forever. 3 pharmacists, 2 cashiers and I still have to wait to pay for their mistake because they can’t manage how to work. My husband called me several times already. I asked if they could take my payment (there are 3!!! pharmacists there!!!) and told them my kid was crying already. They said I could wait))). I asked politely again that my kid is crying and I agree to pay for THEIR mistake, so please make the payment with another terminal. They started talking in rude raised voices that they were waiting for 2 weeks for me to come back (what?!? How was I supposed to know about their mistake??) and that they gave me time (1 minute) to check with the bank. I spoke back the same way and only after it they took another payment terminal for me to pay... I left shocked, shaken and completely upset. The other customer still wasn’t able to pay and they talked rudely with him to get another card or cash. Awful place. Poor assortment, bad English, rude pharmacists. Never ever go there. Lots of nice pharmacies around and all over town with polite staff who speaks very good English and can count well...

The pharmacist we encountered dealt with our health concerns both professionally and with great care. We were reccomended other locations for our further needs upon conversation that we found to be very useful. Overall, me and my family felt lucky to have encountered this pharmacy. Genuine and very nice people, would reccomend.
