B	Bilge zeynep Karabacak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tamamen ticari bir kurum. Asla hasta odaklı değiller. Sadece acil durumlarda çocuk polikliniği açık oluyor ve evimize yakın diye gidiyorduk ama artık asla. 31.10.2021 de çocuk polikliniğine muayene için gittik önümüzde 2 hasta olduğu söylendi fakat bu arada tüm sonuç göstermek için gelenler önümüze alındı. Doktor da ayrıca sanki garson ve adisyon yazıyor gibi her muayeneye gelen çocuğa influenza ve pcr testi yazıyordu. Hiç abartısız 10 çocuk gördük önümüzde hepsinden ezberlenmiş gibi influenza ve pcr testi istendi. Pcr istenen ailelerden bazıları maskesini burnunun altından takmış çocukları hiç takmıyordu. Madem böyle bir şüphe var neden uyarılmıyor bu kişiler? Gereksiz yere yapılan testlerden binlerce lira alabilmek için mi acaba? Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum kesinlikle. It is a purely commercial institution. They are never patient oriented. We used to go because the pediatric outpatient clinic was open only in emergencies and it was close to our home, but never anymore. We went to the pediatric outpatient clinic on 31.10.2021, we were told that there were 2 patients in front of us, but meanwhile, those who came to show all the results were taken before us. The doctor was also writing influenza and PCR tests for every child who came to the examination, as if he was writing a waiter and ticket. We have seen 10 children without exaggeration, all of them were asked for influenza and PCR tests as if they were memorized. Some of the families requested PCR did not wear children who wore masks under their noses. If there is such a doubt, why are these people not warned? To get thousands of lira from unnecessary tests? I definitely do not recommend it.
I	Ismail Ogut on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Daha önce yaptırdığımız kan tahlillerinin aynılarını diğer kızımız için yaptırmak istedğimizde bize tam iki katı fiyat söylediler. Arada sadece 3 hafta vardı. Hastaneden çok ticarethane gibi bir yer. Mümkün ise uzak durun. When we wanted to have the same blood tests done for our other daughter, they told us exactly double the price. There were only 3 weeks in between. It's more like a business than a hospital. Stay away if possible.
B	Buket Çam Taşer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 defa aciline gitmek zorunda kaldım. Danışmadaki insanlar cok kibarlar. Hemşireler, doktorlar çok ilgili. 2.5 yaşındaki oglumu düştüğü için götürmüştüm asla röntgen cektirmiyordu büyük bir sabırla beklediler. Acil servis olmasına rağmen 3 tane doktor büyük bir özen ve sevgiyle muayane ettiler çok teşekkür ederim hepsine. I had to go to the emergency room twice. The people at the desk are very kind. Nurses and doctors are very caring. I took my 2.5-year-old son because he fell down, he never had an X-ray, they waited patiently. Although it was an emergency service, 3 doctors examined it with great care and love. Thank you very much to all of them.
U	Ural Alanya on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tamamlayici saglik sigortasinin gecmedigini hasta kabul esnasinda soylemeyen ve musterilerine resmen tuzak kuran bir yer. Saglik sigortaniz var mi diye soruyor ama sonra bizde tamamlayici gecmiyor deniyor. Bu ekonomik ortamda insanlara 400 liralik muayene ucretini tuzak gibi kurmak rezilliktir. Medisun’a gidin en guzeli. A place that does not say during the admission that the complementary health insurance has not expired and that officially sets a trap for its customers. It asks if you have health insurance, but then it says that it is not complementary to us. In this economic environment, it is disgraceful to set up a 400 lira examination fee for people as a trap. Go to Medisun, the most beautiful.
O	Oğuzhan BARDAKCI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kuzularin Sessizligi Yaklasik 1 yilda 4-5 farkli poliklinigi ziyaret ettim. Eger kuzu gibi hasta iseniz tam size gore bir hastane. Doktor kafasina gore randevunuzu iptal edebilir. Cok basit konular icin saatlerce bekletilebilirsiniz. Hastahane calisanlari hastalara karsi kibar degil. Cozum uretmek oneride bulumak hastayi yonlendirmek maleesef lugatlarinda yok. Tekrar ziyaret etmeyi artik dusunmuyorum. Ha ben kuzu gibi hastayim bunlara takilmam diyorsaniz buyrun tabi ki The silence of the lambs I visited 4-5 different polyclinics in about 1 year. If you are sick like a lamb, this is the hospital for you. The doctor can cancel your appointment at his discretion. You can be kept waiting for hours for very simple matters. Hospital staff are not kind to patients. Producing a solution, making suggestions, directing the patient, unfortunately, is not in their dictionaries. I no longer think of visiting again. Oh, I'm sick like a lamb, if you say you don't get stuck with them, of course, here you go.
A	Arzu Şahin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Çayyolu Kampüsü KBB bölüm bankosundan ki görevli kişi her kim ise, hastayı unutması mı dersiniz, hasta sıralamasını yapamayıp ikinci sefer aynı hastayı 40 dk bekletip bir de üstüne saygısızca çirkeflik yapıp özür bile dilememesi mi dersiniz! Yazıklar olsun bir daha ne ben nede ailem gitmeyeceğiz bu hastaneye. Bazı bölümlerin bazı hekimleri iyi bile olsa, saygısızlık görmek istesek ve vaktimiz bol olsa zaten devlet hastanesine giderdik!!!!!!!!! Do you think that whoever the officer from the Çayyolu Campus ENT department desk is, forgets the patient, or does he fail to sort the patient, make the same patient wait for 40 minutes for the second time, and then act disrespectfully and do not even apologize! Shame on me and my family will not go to this hospital again. Even if some doctors of some departments are good, if we wanted to be disrespected and had plenty of time, we would have gone to the state hospital anyway!!!!!!!!!
