Orta katta spor merkezi olan binanın son matında ise İnci düğün salonu faaliyetine devam etmektedir. Eski hastane yolu üzeri söğütlü dere caddesinin başlangıcında yer alan binanın komşusu eski hakim ve savcı evi vardır.
 Gürses AVM is a five storey building with many offices. You can see the clothing store and butcher on the first floor of this building. In the last mat of the building which is a sports center on the middle floor, İnci wedding hall continues its activities. The building on the old hospital road at the beginning of the willow stream street is the neighbor's former judge and prosecutor's house.

Gürses is not a mall anymore, it doesn't stay on the ice anymore, it melts over time, defrauds people by deceiving people with exorbitant prices, it was like usury under the mall, they were selling it forcibly, no, but when our people say installments, they take it as if they won't pay.
