Aldığım peynir bozuk çıktı tadına bakmak için kestiğim dilimi attım ürünü iade ettim. Gramajı alınan üründen atılan 20 gr düşülerek iade edildi. Sizden tekrar alış veriş yapmayacağım. En kaliteli peynirin bozuk olduğunu kabul edip iade alıyorsunuz ve bozuk ürünün gramajını alıyorsunuz.
İç mekân tasarımı görece başarılı ancak kasa önü reyonlar dar geçit gibi. Girince hemen kaçası geliyor insanın. Tepesine yıkılacakmış gibi hissediyor insan. İç mekânı daha farklı hissedip tasarlayabilirlermiş bazı bölümlerde. Tabi geri bildirim yaparlarsa da iletişimde de ne ölçüde başarılı olduklarını görebiliriz.

The cheese I bought turned out to be bad, I threw out the slice I cut to taste it, and returned the product. It was returned by deducting 20 gr from the product whose weight was taken. I will not shop from you again. You accept that the best quality cheese is broken, you get a return and you get the weight of the broken product.
The interior design is relatively successful, but the counters in front of the cash register are like a narrow passage. When you enter, you immediately feel like running away. You feel like you're going to collapse on top of you. In some sections, they could have felt and designed the interior differently. Of course, if they give feedback, we can see how successful they are in communication.
