Bunu ilk defa yiyen yerli turisler de bizzat tasdik etmiştir. Kebabın en önemli sırlarından birisi şaşıracaksınız ki "sumak"tır. Mutlaka bu lezzeti tamadan Cizre'den ayrılmayın. Guriyê Hamit Kebabı bambaşkadır. Cizre'ye has bir tattır.
It is only one of the most famous and leading historical kebab shops in Cizre. Guri is the master founder of the ratio. His family is currently running the business. The flavor of the Kabab is truly indescribable. Local tourists who ate it for the first time also confirmed it. One of the most important secrets of kebab, you will be surprised, is "sumak". Do not leave Cizre without tasting this delicacy. Guriyê Hamit Kebab is different. It is a taste unique to Cizre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kebabı harika. Ayranı da bir o kadar güzel. Cizre’ye geldiğinizde kebap için muhakkak gidilmesi gereken mekanlardan biri. Çalışanları hızlı. Kurucusunun oldukça espritüel bir insan olduğunu duydum. Mekanın her yerinde fotoğrafları var. Kapalı bir çarşının içinden geçerek gittim, ilk başta biraz karışık geliyor yol ama en nihayetinde Cizre, ne kadar kaybolabilirsin?
Kebab is great. It is just as beautiful as well. It is one of the must-visit places for kebab when you come to Cizre. Employees are fast. I heard the founder was a very witty person. There are photos all over the place. I went through a covered bazaar, the road seems a bit confusing at first, but in the end, Cizre, how lost can you get ?
