★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Böyle işten anlamayan tamamen insanlara zorluk çıkarmak için uğraşıyorlar. Airpods kulaklığımla ilgili mikrofon sorunu vardı garantiye verdim. Neymiş üzerinde kullanıma bağlı çizik var diye garanti kapsamı dışıymış. Yani şunu istiyorlar bizden aldığımız ürünü kutusuyla evinizde vitrinde dursun garantisi bitince kullanmaya başlayın. Sonra kendim internetten araştırdım telefonumla airpodsu güncelleyince sorunum kalmadı. Teknik servis işten anlamıyor. Hemen yenisini satma derdindeler.
 They're just trying to make it difficult for people who don't understand business like this. There was a microphone problem with my Airpods headset, I gave it to the warranty. It was out of warranty because there was a scratch on it due to use. In other words, they want the product we bought from us to keep it in your home with its box, and start using it when the warranty is over. Then I searched the internet myself and when I updated the airpods with my phone, my problem was gone. Technical service does not understand business. They are trying to sell a new one right away.
