★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gürdal mobilyadan 2 ayrı alışveriş yaptım 1 yıl arayla, önce yatak/baza-başlık ve kanepe aldım, hatta kanepeyi bıraktıktan sonra küçük bir yırtılma görmüştüm, haber verdikten sonra hemen aynı üründen yollayıp diğeriyle değiştirmişlerdi. Bu yıl yaptığım alışverişte küçük bir dikkatsizlikleriyle karşılaştım, gene yatak-baza-başlık almıştım ve 1 ay içinde teslim edilecekti, önce sadece yatak ve baza geldi, 1 hafta içinde de başlık gelecekti ama unutmuşlar, ben arayıp hatırlatınca(15 gün kadar sonradan) gönderdiler. Ürünlerden memnunum, şimdilik bir sorun yok
I made 2 separate purchases from Gürdal furniture, 1 year apart, first I bought a bed/base-headboard and sofa, I even saw a small tear after leaving the sofa. I encountered a little carelessness in my shopping this year, I bought a bed-base-headboard again and it would be delivered within 1 month. First only the bed and base came, the headboard was to arrive within 1 week, but they forgot, when I called and reminded them (15 days later) they sent it. I am satisfied with the products, no problems for now
