Very good place, food could be better, but otherwise everything is perfect. Continuous, great variety of ml programs/shows for all, but the best for the kids. Loving it! Best choice with kids of all ages. Don't use their website to book your flights when you have small kids. It doesn't work properly when giving their age!!! We had to buy extra ticket at the airport for my 2-year-old, because their system counted her as a baby sitting in our lap!!! We were lucky that someone didn't show up, and she had seat!!! Otherwise we should have stayed behind... ?

A great holidays! a place that exceeded my expectations A lot of attractions for kids so a big plus for families with children Lots of greenery clean tidy - i love it. Only you can fault the bad smell of the room air conditioning and personally I think that two years ago there were definitely better evening animations.

I hated everything, we were hungry the whole time, the place doesn’t have cameras and the stuff doesn’t know any other language except russian, the whole place is a paradise for rude people. I won’t come near that place ever again.

The hotel and the service was great , but poor communication from the staff during the last day left us with a bad taste and not the desire to come back again.

Its really sad! The Hotel for children is Paradise but the Service in Restaurant is one of the badest that i ever see in my life. There is not enough people. The People that we see during breakfast saw again in the evening they tell me, they worked about 12 hours a day. Now is my 3 th day and im absolute not happy with the service and Room. We have 2 children and walk from the main place to room about 10 minutes with children. Today in the morning i have to wait for a black tea about 45 minutes. In the 1 day we wanna take Towel and see the worker are sleeping. I have picture in this moment. I am curious what else we will see. I will inform after check out again.

This is my 3rd time in Turkey, but this year we were disappointed. It is a great hotel but lower in quality than the same hotel from Belek.it could be due to covid19, but, the little food diversity, fewer sweets(all of them are half in quantity/quality), and with new protection measures, the ultra all inclusive experience is ruined. Fewer shows, low in quality, no more after show parties, fewer bars open and under stocked. T The staff give their best with what they have, The beach is ok, and the water is clean since there are a lot of rocks in the water The Aquapark is very nice, but the bar/restaurants near are very understocked

One of my favorite in Turkey. Charming place with beautiful views, splendid beach, skilled service. Very good for family holidays. Lots of fun for children and adults.

Excellent experience ! Wonderful hotel ! Lots of great activities. Exceptional staff, very friendly and helpful all around ! Will come back here for sure !
