Önünden bile geçmeyin. Bunlar bisikletçi falan değil, bildiğiniz dolandırıcı. Sıfır bisikletimi yarışa hazırlaması için teslim ettim. Bisiklet hasarlı, yetkili servisiz garantiden değiştireceğiz dediler. Fabrika parça göndermiyor vs. diyerek 2 ay geçiştirdiler, fabrikayı arayınca böyle bir talep olmadığını öğrendim. Bisikleti iade istedim hala alabilmiş değilim. Her gün bir sürü yalan. Muhtemelen sattılar, bisikletten de ümidimi kestim. Yarın savcılığa başvuracağız bakalım.

Güngör'ler ailesi çok zor zamanlar atlattı ve bu dönemde iletişim sorunları yaşadık. Çok iyi insanlar

Yorumlara bakacak olursanız 1-2 yıl önceki firma yorumları ile son yıl yorumları arasında 180 derece fark.Olay anlatmak istemiyorum sadece dikkatli olun karar sizin. Senelerin itibarlı firmasının bir genç yüzünden bu hale gelmesi yazık.

Place where you can find excuses all time , don't ever think to buy from them something that is not available in the store , after 50 days of supposed delivery they return my money back for at least 10 excuses I got from them after each time I asked about my Bicycle which should come from Istanbul ,

problems with delivery. problems with returning a malfunctioning bike. 1 star is too much for them

As a novice bike rider and a foreigner in Turkey, I was very happy to find the Güngörler guys. Always available and ready to help from giving advice, providing excellent service to offering reasonably priced goods. Bike riding can be a pricey and confusing hobby, so it is crucial to be able to turn to a trusted expert source. Güngörler Cycling is certainly that.

I went to Güngörler bike shop after going to another bike shop that didn't have the tyre tread I wanted. The other shop was dishonest which we found out through two things they did. To convince us that a sample of a tread was the same as he was trying to sell me (it was not), and by telling us something else could not be fixed (Güngörler fixed it straight away and didn't charge us for the fix). Also they had the tread we wanted. The staff were very friendly and trustworthy at Güngörler bike shop. We highly recommend and also recommend you to be careful if you go elsewhere as a foreigner. They also gave us complimentary coffee. They were the loveliest people. I believe it is a family business and would recommend this shop to any fellow Tour Cyclist.

Bike-whisperer! So, I finally got my 20yr old high-end Cannondale to Ankara.... This little shop is amazing - the repair work they did on my suspension reminded me of a watchmaker's work, it has never been this smooth, and it works again after some air-travel-bag damage. And an inspection, my chain is now silver again. And they even cleaned the bike and gave some nice tips for good areas. I've seen a couple of cycling shops around the world, and this one can without hesitation be fully recommended. Long may you ride:)
