The optics that I gave to change the glasses of my sunglasses, broke the frame of my glasses and said it was broken when you gave it to us. We have been shopping at its branch in Kızlay for nearly 10 years, and for 2 years at Çayyolu branch. I hope we don't get in the way.

Last year (2020), when we went to buy glasses with a special glass like February, they gave a price of 10 thousand TL, we barely bought it for 6 thousand liras. As the pandemic broke in, they delivered the glasses 1.5 months later. When we went to the new examination this year due to the pandemic, the doctor said that they did not have any glasses. We should have understood that my 7-year-old daughter said for 1 year that the father said I cannot see properly. Today, after the examination, the doctor wrote a new pair of glasses of the same quality and recommended 4 opticians. When we went roof-top without any knowledge, the new eyeglasses price gave us 1,400 tl for the same spectacle features. I definitely do not recommend it. In addition, the money you receive is forbidden.

I prefer this optic from a long time ago and I am satisfied every time. There is an obvious quality difference compared to other optics. Savaş Bey is very interested and kind; At the same time, since he has been working in this sector for many years, he is experienced and knowledgeable, and gives very accurate directions by considering your budget. I was very pleased with the products I bought, very high quality. I recommend it to everyone.

I bought glasses from them in 2019. For the budget I specified, they said that seiko is the best quality glass and they installed Seiko glass. In 2021, the glass coating deteriorated. I went to buy new glass. The gentleman who sold seiko 2 years ago because it was very good said, "Seiko was already using technology that was far behind, there is no such company anymore". I passed the warranty for the new glass, they didn't even give a discount. I bought it elsewhere for half the price. I've been wearing glasses for 25 years, it's the first time I see broken glass in 2 years. Güngör Optik, a tradesman who does not stand behind his goods. Although it is expensive, I used to go here as a familiar tradesman, of course, on a good day, all tradesmen are good. When there is a problem, we see their tradesmen, thank you. You can shop at any optician you see on the road for half the price you get here. It's pointless to pay twice as much for this reckless attitude.
