Sadece et ve tuzun kullanıldığı, zırh kullanılarak çekilen etin verdiği lezzet anlatılamaz.
Böyle bir kebap inanın Antep te bile bulamazsınız.
Etin yanında kendi yaptıkları açık ayran bakır tas da servis ediliyor ve lezzetli.
Salatası, köz biber ve domatesi ile harika bir yemekti.
Malatya ya gelip de buraya uğramadan gitmek olmaz.

Zırhta çekilmiş olduğu her halinden belli oluyor. Kuyruk yağı miktarı güzel ayarlanmış aynı şekilde tuz miktarıda. Lakin etin bit miktar sertliği de var. Daha da iyileştirilebilir. Kişi başı 1,5 porsiyon yedik ayranlarla beraber 100 TL ödedik .makul bir fiyatlama. Personel gayet ilğiliydi.
