Well, we went last night for something we had to buy from a friend. Well, it's officially a separate neighborhood, there are 4 security guards at the door, it was difficult to get in, but they are doing their job after all, but it's a very nice place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Плюсы: хорошие квартиры, красивый вид, чистый воздух, хорошая дорожка для спорта, на территории два маркета.
Минусы: очень маленький балкон, можно сидеть только боком одному, очень много голубей каждый день надо мыть балкон, вьют без остановки гнезда, грязь и вонь...очень много собак причем они стаями ходят и нападают на людей, без мужа я боюсь куда либо выходить. Жаловались охранникам и администрации им все равно. Наверно ждут несчастного случая чтобы начать действовать. Нет видеокамер в подземном гараже, машину могут поцарапать и никто никогда не узнает кто это сделал. Короче я не советую это место.

Cons: a very small balcony, you can only sit sideways, a lot of pigeons every day you need to wash the balcony, they build nests without stopping, dirt and stench ... a lot of dogs and they walk in flocks and attack people, without a husband I'm afraid somewhere go out. Ödenilen aidatı, ki en az 2000 konutluk bir sitede, sadece apartman temizliği ve güvenlik hizmeti için kullanılıyor olması insanı rahatsız ediyor
