Taner Kışlalı caddesine de bakıyorsa hele tüm mevsimlerde caddenin o güzel manzarasini alan, kooperatif evleri olmasına rağmen asansörü olmadığı için (üst katlarda oturan emekliler için dezavantaj) 5 yıldız alamayan bu sitede daireler 2+L salon şeklindedir. Kat kaloriferi kullanılan sitede araba park yeri de mevcuttur.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is terrible. The pipes are all rotten, the trashman literally won't take out the trash (he says it's too heavy) they mow the lawn on Saturday at 8 O'clock in the morning.....never move here. Stay far far away.
