En buyuk artısı balkonlarin yerden ısıtmalı olmasi. Firma zaten butun insaatlarinda bunu tercih ediyor yalniz. Metre kare olarak bazi yerler küçük, bu fiyata yansimamis.Fiyatlar arasındaki dengesizlik ve yüksek oluşu emsallerine gore bence en büyük handikabı. Üzüldüğüm nokta ise(eskiden böyle degildi) kimse aynı urunu çok farklı fiyata sahip olmak istemez.
Construction is difficult right now. I appreciate those who can. The quality of the materials used is very good and the attraction is high. The biggest plus is that the balconies are heated from the floor. The company already prefers this only in all construction. Some places are small in square meters, they are not reflected at this price. I think the biggest handicap is the imbalance and high prices compared to their peers. The point that I am sorry for (it was not like that before) is that nobody wants to have the same product at very different prices.
