This bakery, which I buy from the bagels that come out hot almost every day, is the place where the bagels are produced in the Gümüş pastry shop on the roadside. I can especially recommend those who want to eat Ankara simit for breakfast, because you have the chance to buy the bagels right out of the oven. It is delicious for lunch or dinner. Especially the eggplant cottage pita is one of my favorites. The only downside of this place is that you have to pay in cash, and it can be said that there is no seating place because the benches by the wall are not comfortable to sit and eat. Generally, the products are delicious, but the place is not a place to sit, but to buy and go.

The employees are very well intentioned. Even if you don't have enough money, they won't be a problem. Then they say you can give. They are always respectful. On the other hand, they are far from their old quality. The oil they use in pita and puaça is unfortunately awful. It causes heartburn. I hope they notice it before it's too late.

It's a place worth the wait to queue up in the morning to get a bagel. If you are a master who will work with a mask in front of the oven in such a hot temperature, then I say apply for a job.
