Gümbet Serhan Hotel

Stayed here for a week in June, staff are polite, everything is of a reasonable standard and food was nice when we ate there. Beware though. The wifi is free, but only for one device per person, and the air con is charged on top of your accommodation at the desk!

No fridge in the room. No pool after 7 pm. Expensive for no reason. Breakfast is horrible. Safe box in the room costs 3$ a day. Even ice from the bar isn’t free. Bathrooms are smaller than my couch back home. The bed is harder than the floor. Air conditioner blasts your head when you sleep. WiFi doesn’t reach the rooms. You can hear my girlfriend moan from the rooms nearby (I got a few complaints). I recommend searching for another hotel.

Average place. Rooms are vast and clean Staff are friendly and responsive I had a single bad room, with a small balcony with a view on the gumbet main street bars I only had a problem with the wifi there The swimming pool is good, but it wasnt that clean Breakfast buffet is good too, there was many choices

Staff is very nice and hotel looks decent. It's rather old hotel so rooms looks like from 80's. The breakfast included in price was same everyday but nothing amazing.

Rooms were clean. A small amount of rooms have tourist in,the other rooms have too noisey young group...Awful experience ! At next day management warned them and did the best. Covid-19 processing is perfect. Didn't use breakfast.. Staff is almost ok..The worst hotel we have ever been obligatory have booked.

Best place where you can stay for low budget. Hygiene is great, rooms are spacious (balcony is a bit small, but covered in flowers), swimming pool is very clean.

Worst hotel ever, the manager is very rude and he doesn’t how to respect others, there is no fridge, the pool is completely close, the rooms are really old, my laptop screen is bigger than their TV, the air conditioner isn’t working, they are not changing the beds and towels regularly, the hotel staff didn’t put any water in the room, the breakfast is not enough, the area that the hotel is located is not good, the bathroom is really old and they are not nice, DO NOT COME TO THIS HOTEL because this hotel will‏ ruin your holiday, I don’t know how people gave this hotel three stars and five stars, maybe they are living horse storage! By the way I forgot to mention that the WI-FI is very slow.
