Bahçe içindeki tarihi taş yapı olan eski zabıta karakoku ile bir bütünlük arz etmektedir. Bitlisin tarihi minarelerinden birine sahip olan Gökmeydan Camii de Gülüm Çay Bahçesinin hemen yanındadır. Bitlis'te özellikle yaz aylarının vazgeçilmez mekanlarından biridir.
Located at the beginning of the neighborhood, Gulum Tea Garden is a comfortable and spacious place. It is also known as a triangular garden. The old stone building, which is a historical stone structure in the garden, is in harmony with the karakoku. Gökmeydan Mosque, which has one of the historical minarets of Bitlis, is right next to Gülüm Tea Garden. It is one of the indispensable places especially in the summer months in Bitlis.
