★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bugün (02.06.2019) pazar günü ve yarın arefe, salı ise Ramazan Bayramı. İşini son güne bırakanlardanım. Saat 16:00 da gittim. Öndeki iki adet Kışlık lastiklerin yazlıklarla değişimi yapıldı, 4 lastiğe balans yapıldı. Bir de far ayarı yaptırdım 20 liraya. Toplamda 80 lira vererek ayrıldım. Sağ olsunlar. Bu arada ben aklımda rot ayarı da yaparım diye gitmiştim. Usta neden rot ayarı istiyorsunuz deyince aslında bilmiyorum, aracın içine ulaşan titreşimden şikayetçiyim ancak özellikle sağa ya da sola çekme yok dedim. Neyse kalsın o zaman bu kez rot ayarı diyerek teşekkür ettim kendisine. Müşteriye yaklaşımlarını beğendim. Dört yıldız veriyorum. 5. Yıldızı bir gün denk geleceğim çok bilgili ve yetenekli bir ustaya saklıyorum. :) Yine gider miyim, geçen sefer bana daha yakın olan ama pek beğenmediğim Darıca Rot Balans Ömer Otomotiv dan sonra evet, daha uzak ta olsa Gülsoy Rot Balans a yeniden gidebilirim.
Today (02.06.2019) isfe on sunday and tomorrow, and Ramadan is Tuesday. I'm the last one to quit. I went at 4:00. Two front winter tires were exchanged with cottages, 4 tires were balanced. Sorunumu çözemediler ,en sonunda tavsiye üzerine Gülsoy rot balansa geldim. Şikayetimi sordular, makinaları çok teknolojik ben çayımı içene kadar kısa sürede yaptılar. Şu an aracın konforunu ve keyfini yeniden almaya başladım. Anladım ki ben şimdiye kadar boşuna para vermişim. Herkese tavsiye ederim

Bozuk lastik çıkmasına rağmen biz uğraşamayız istersen git şikayet et diyip insanların üstüne yürüyorlar. Ayıptır. Lastik almayı geçtim şişirtmeye bile para isteyip düzgün yapamayan insanlar bunlar.
I don't comment much, I just came here to comment. People who don't stand behind what they sell. Even though there is a bad tire, they say we can't deal with it, if you want, go complain and walk on people. It is shameful. These are the people who ask for money to inflate tires and can't do it properly.
