★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2017 aralık ayında gülsoy home dan çeyiz seti aldım. ürünleri satıp parayı alana kadar gayet nazik ve kibarlardı! günlük yemek takımımda tüm parçalar eksik geldi. defaatle mesaj attım gittim geldim parçaların bazılarını anca getittirdiler. 2018 haziran ayı bitiyor hala eksik olan kasemi tamamlamadılar. her aradığımda bir hafta sonra kesin gelecek demelerine rağmen 6 aydır bununla uğraşıyorum! siz siz olun oradan alışveriş yapacaksanız bir kere daha düşünün !
I bought a dowry set from Gülsoy Home in December 2017. they were very polite and polite until they sold the products and got the money! All parts of my daily dinnerware came missing. I texted repeatedly, I went and came and they brought some of the pieces. The month of June 2018 is ending, they still haven't completed my missing bowl. I have been dealing with this for 6 months, although they say it will definitely come in a week whenever I call! If you are going to shop from there, think again!

Ürünü iade ederken ki gösterdikleri tavır hiç güzel değildi. Ayrıca fatura istemeyi unutmayın benim faturam 7 iş gününü geçtikten sonra kesildi, o da ben isteğince kesildi. Sonuç olarak 4 ay 1 hafta geçen zamanda hem param eridi hemde kusurlu ürünü beğenmeyip iade ettiğim için suçlandım...

Kayseri'de bulunmayacak kalitede ve şıklıkta mobilyaların olduğu mağazada tüm ev mobilyası yanında perdeden beyaz eşyaya, altına ve dövize varana dek pek çok hizmet bir arada bulunuyor. Gönül isterdi ki halı ve avize de bulabilelim. Mağazada uygun fiyatlı ürünlerin de olması müşteri ilgisini artıracaktır diye düşünüyorum. Başta mağaza müdürü Ramazan bey olmak üzere tüm personeli işlerinde çok iyiler, nezaketli ve güleryüzlüler. Neden 4 yıldız: Tedarikçi firmaların ürünlerinde sıkıntılar oluyor, firmalar daha iyi seçilirse Kayseri'de rakibi olmaz.
