Adam kaba ve yaptığı işide düzgün yapmıyor.Sorulara cevap vermiyor doğru dürüst.Sanki zorla yaptiriyoruz.Verdiginde de tartışma yaratacak şekilde veriyor.isletme sahibi bu yorumu eğer okuyorsa (çalışanın kendi yakınlari olma ihtimalide yüksek) kendi kaliteniz bu sekilde personellerle aşağı çekmeyin.Sadece perdelerin dikimi kalitesi vs önemli değil değeri belirleyen.Musteri ile iletişim de çok önemli..
