My carpets were washed well, the stain was removed, but they brought it before it dried and my carpets came damp (like wet) even though they delivered 2 days after the promised day.

Worst carpet cleaner I've ever seen. It was as if bleach had been dripped onto the carpet. There were dots of whiteness.
