Hem yanlış bilgilendirme, hem taahhüd edilen hizmeti vermiyorlar, şubedeki personel sürekli değişiyor karşımda muhatap bulamıyorum. Yarın tüketici hakları heyetine gidip şikayetimi yapacağım ve yasal süreci başlatacğım.
