★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gittiğimde türbe kapalıydı. Caminin dış mimarisi oldukça iyi. Yükseliş dönemi Osmanlı mimarisinin güzel bir örneği. Bildiğiniz gibi Büyük Selim'in annesi için yaptırdığı bir cami önceden medrese tarzında kullanılmış sonradan kaldırılmış bu bölümler. Keşke şimdi de olsaydı, ona rağmen güzel bir yer ziyaret etmenizi tavsiye ederim.
 The shrine was closed when I went. The exterior architecture of the mosque is quite good. A good example of Ascension period Ottoman architecture. As you know, a mosque built by Selim the Great for his mother was used as a madrasah before, these sections were later removed. I wish it was now, nevertheless I recommend you to visit a beautiful place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This mosque is built in 1514 and one of the beautiful mosque in Turkey's Trabzon city. There is a small section for women with a separate beautiful small wooden door and a huge big door for men section.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big 500 years old mosque in middle of trabzon city. You will be attracted to the architecture of that time. There also women praying area. A nice park sets on front of the mosque where many people gather for tea and kids playing. Worth visiting. It’s just opposite the varli bas shopping center.
