19 October 2021Update:This time we ate our dessert downstairs. The shop is very clean and hygiene is at the highest level during the production phase of the dessert. There is the use of bone gloves. I think Katmer feeds 2 people. 1 katmer 2 tea 2 water 45tl. There is also a fruit and milk treat with it. They did not even take the price of the water. Employees are also great masters. We always order from gulabi and eat it at the place. Delicious clean and neat place. The waiters are concerned, but what you want is forgotten and may not come for a long time. You may have to wait an average of twenty minutes as the products are cooked on embers. Portions are very filling. There is tea and milk service. Teas are free, I guess I didn't look at the account. 5 people cost 150tl. Prices vary between 20-30 on average. I found the price and taste quite appropriate because it is clean and attentive workmanship. As someone who has eaten kunefe and similar desserts in many places for years, my advice to this place is to change the cream. I found the slip heavy. And I recommend that they choose a more homogeneous creamy cream instead, as the cream is a bit lumpy. Although I do not have a sensitive stomach, I found the cream heavy, I felt heavy after eating dessert. If they fall on the slide, other elements are fine. I said it at home, it came wonderfully attentive and clean. They brought it on a kunefe plate. It's super.

Even though it seems like a spacious place, the smell of cigarettes, which permeates us and our children, is a valid reason for us not to prefer it again. Non-smokers can evaluate it this way. At the same time, although we went around 8 pm, there were not many options on the menu (these were hot options), there were only two kinds of kadayif. Classic pistachio with milk. Small size künefe serves 4-6 people and its prices are very reasonable. When you add the taste and customer satisfaction shown in the place where you sit, it is an establishment that is economical in price compared to its peers, but not inferior in taste. You can also watch the production of katmer live, they really pretend to make a work of art. Milk and fruit plates are also served alongside the künefe. Oh, you can drink as much tea as you want.

The place is about nice employees. While waiting for the order, tea and fruit are served. Then, 15 minutes later, künefe cooked on embers. We went with a friend and asked for a medium (65₺) Gülabi special instead of small (35₺) for 1 person. However, this was too much, we couldn't finish it. 1 serving is enough for 2 people eating normally. We paid 70 TL at the cash register. Perhaps the remaining fee is for water. It is a place that can be preferred with family, lovers or friends. In terms of taste, it's not like that.

This is the establishment where we went to have dessert with my friend yesterday and we can say that we are satisfied. Prices were normal, service could be better. As you can see in the photo, it is important and beautiful to make the kadayif/künefe fresh already, visually it is good.. We tried two different desserts, summer milk dessert and straw künefe. Both were good or normal compared to other places I've been to. Employees were engaged. Service is fast. Parking is not a problem. Conveniently located on a busy and beautiful street. It was the classic künefe maker that we know, whose precedents we see a lot in the west, that added color to Urfa.
