Aynı zamanda kültür merkezi olan bu bina Güçlükonak için çok gerekli bir yapı, içinde kreş, spor salonu, kütüphane, derslikler ve konferans salonunu barındıran bir bina fakat malesef çok bakımsız. 3 yıldız vermemin sebebi bu. Sadece bina yapılmış ve öylece bırakılmış. Kütüphane memurundan Allah razı olsun, kendi çabasıyla orayı ayakta tutuyor, her şeyiyle ilgileniyor. Onun dışında her yer dökülüyor. Konferans salonu atıl ve rezil durumda, halbuki kullanılsa ne kadar çok işe yarayacak bir yer. Spor salonu ve kreş pandemi nedeniyle kapalıymış ama Şırnak en düşük riskli şehir. Biraz pandemi bahane ediliyor gibi geldi. Sadece kütüphane ve birkaç derslik açık. Belediyenin veya kaymakamlığın (sorumluluk kimdeyse) burayla gönülden ilgilenerek gerekli ödenekleri çıkartıp baştan aşağı bakımını yapmaları ve Güçlükonak halkının hizmetine sunmalarını temenni ediyorum.

This building, which is also a cultural center, is a very necessary building for Güçlükonak, a building that includes a nursery, gym, library, classrooms and conference hall, but unfortunately it is very neglected. This is the reason I gave it 3 stars. Only the building was built and left alone. May God bless the library clerk, he keeps it up and takes care of everything. Apart from that, everywhere is falling apart. The conference hall is idle and in a disgraceful condition, however, it is a place that would be of great use if used. The gym and kindergarten were closed due to the pandemic, but Şırnak is the city with the lowest risk. It seemed like a pandemic was being used as an excuse. Only the library and a few classrooms are open. I hope that the municipality or the district governorship (whoever has the responsibility) will take care of this place wholeheartedly, make the necessary allowances, take care of it from top to bottom and put it into the service of the people of Güçlükonak.
