★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Çerkez restaurant has the best food I've eaten in Turkey, and I've lived here for four years. I got to try a few of their dinner options and their kahvaltı, and it was all perfect! For the German, Norwegian, or Polish people who might visit, they have a delicious item that is exactly like lefse! I will be returning to Kayseri just for this restaurant.
