★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They wanted me to send my phone to replace broken screen. Then they send back my phone saying that they cant supply screen for it. I had to pay shipping of their mistake, even they told me that I wont pay it...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a good service center, very professional staff, lot of free tea lol. The prices to fix lcd, etc are as good as market rate and they give 6 months warranty. No complaints from my side. It was a good experience, just wish they had somebody who spoke English on their staff lol.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got my device repaired in under 2 hours. I am really happy that there is always one person that is taking care of customers and phone calls. I went there with a device that I opened up and was in pieces. They took it, changed the broken part and fixed some small parts that I failed to assemble. They even provide after-fix care. (But, the case got glued back with some very extra glue; which is common to happen since they seem to have used water-repellent glue -a bit thick-.) They will be my first stop from now on whenever I break stuff by chance -or intentionally-. Over years, they fixed 3 of my iPads. Nice to have just an establishment near.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Replaced my phone's screen there, they did a good job & the screen looks exactly like the original!
When I had a problem (back cover was cracked when I got it, but couldn't go back to them until later due to COVID), their after-sale was good & after some back and forth with my broken Turkish they offered to replace it & REFUSED to accept payment. So I consider that great customer service.
Just one thing, if they have a lot of customers you have to wait longer than what they promise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They looked really clean and professional on youtube videos, so we decided to fix my girlfriend's phone there. They did an Ok job but there was glue everywhere. Some on camera, a big circle of glue on touch screen and little pieces here and there. And when we used her phone in complete darkness we saw there was a small gap between the screen and the phone frame. Still the best repair shop i ever saw in İstanbul.
