(1.5 ay önce lenovo marka telefonumun bataryasını değiştirdim size. Aradan 1.5 ay geçti batarya tekrar şişti. Aradım 1 ay garantisi var bakamayız denildi. 20.gün batarya şişseydi 15 gün mü garantili diyecektiniz! Bataryamın değiştirilmesini ve mağduriyetimin giderilmesini bekliyorum sizden.)
How can I contact the business representative? The friend in the technical service cut it off, saying that the product warranty is 1 month. They said there is nothing to be done, who should I contact?
(I changed the battery of my lenovo brand phone 1.5 months ago. 1.5 months passed, the battery swelled again. I called and said that there is a 1 month warranty, we can't look at it. If the battery swelled on the 20th day, would you say it was guaranteed for 15 days!
