Groupama sigortadan konut poliçesi yaptırdım. Bir süre sonra konutumda bulunan TV kırıldı. Sigortaya başvuru yaptık. Eksper geldi hasarımı tespit etti. Dosyayı sigortaya gönderdi. Daha sonra sigorta hasar bu şekilde olmamıştır. Diyerek ret etti. Yani benim konutumda gelişen hadiseyi sanki benim konutumda görüyorlarmış gibi yazmış olduğum hasar beyanına istinaden bu şekilde olmamıştır dediler ve ret ettiler. Bende bu sigortayı dava ettim. Ve davayı kazandım. Davada hakem sigorta şirketini haksız buldu ve tescillendi. Dava sonuçlandı ancak halen ödemem yapılmadı. Bu sigorta şirketinin hikayesi budur. Yani eğer ki konutunuza ya da aracınıza sigorta yaptıracak iseniz lütfen bir kez daha düşünün derim.

So I sued this insurance. And I won the case. In the case, the arbitrator found the insurance company unfair and was registered. The case has been concluded, but I still haven't been paid. This is the story of this insurance company. So if you are going to insure your house or vehicle, I would say please think again.
