Green Garden Resort & Spa Hotel

Everything is perfect by now, the food is excelent and diversificated, every problem we had has been solved very quickly, the drink is very good, the sea is close, after you pass the resort you have 50-100 m to the sea, you have wi-fi in the room and on te beach also, i highly recomand you this resort, is not an 4 stars resort, minimum 5 ☆☆☆☆☆.

the best hotel I have ever been to, day and night, with a variety of food, friendly staff, the rooms are beautiful and the pools too, they may not know much English but what does it matter when you have everything you want ... 10/10 *

Yesterday we returned from our vacation, being accommodated at Green Garden Hotel and Spa and I can say that it exceeded my expectations. I have nothing to complain about, absolutely nothing: welcoming staff, good food, big and clean rooms, excellent location, close to the sea and the center. Note 11/10, for sure.For us it was exactly what we wanted. Thank you for everything, Green Garden!

Whole staff together knows about 10 words on english. I mean imagine you are at hotel reception and front desk doesn’t speak english. The bar closes at 12 and I came at 12:03 and you cant get bottle of water, or I came i 9:56 and I cant get tea because they officially start working at 10. I mean that not how you get your customer happy. Hospitality is very poor if you are foreigner, like the whole staff is not people oriented. Overall rooms and food is good everything is clean, hotel is freshly renovated but I’m not coming back.

We have just returned from our vacation in Green Garden Resort&Spa hotel and we are very satisfied. The territory was pretty big, spacious and green. We were living in Suites building, not in the main building, so we had to walk about 5-7 minutes to get to the sea. Nevertheless, our room was very beautiful, big, had all necessary facilities and was cleaned every day. The diversity and quality of food and drinks was at very high level as for 4 stars hotel. You can find food and drinks all the time at different places (lobby bar, palm bar, aqua bar). There were a lot of pools and enough beach beds for everyone. The beach and sea were nice, but you can hurt yourself with the rocks while you are swimming, so be careful. Last, but not least, stuff. Boys and girls, who served food and drinks were very hospitable, kind and funny. Special thanks to the waiter Fatih. Also to Mustafa and his tall coworker who served salads and hummus, and to guys who served fruits and jams in the morning. They were doing their best. Way overcrowded with the pandemic going on. Nobody speaks a word of English, even front desk can’t help you. There are maybe 2-3 employees overall that speak English but are hard to come by. How can front desk not speak a word of English? Food is ok, but again way too overcrowded. Nobody is wearing a mask, even employees wear it over the mouth only. Rooms are ok but small for a family of 4. Pools are filthy! Guest service is not friendly and will not offer to help you. I would not stay here again even if they offered me free stays.

Beautiful hotel. Large spacious. Rooms, clean, well-kept and large. Pools clean. Lots of sun loungers and umbrellas. Staff very nice, smiling and helpful. dood very good, once we came across meat that could not be cut, but that's not a problem because there is a lot of choice. Close to the beach which is large with a beautiful view. Lots of animations for adults and children. I will definitely recommend the hotel to my friends.

Apart from the elegant & extremely clean facilities and wide variety of meals, it is the extraordinary staff that makes the difference.
