Green Beach Resort

Please read edit at the bottom as well: Not even close to a 5* hotel. Day trips, relax pool, view from balcony and snorkeling in the sea were great. Tour guide (Savi) was very good. He was friendly and helpful (recommend!). However, lots of rude staff and guests. Nobody says please, thank you or excuse me! Most staff need to smile and engage more!!!! The exception to this were the animation team, reception and one or two others. The food was the same every day, not enough seating for all guests which might have been ok if the a la carte restaurants were open!!! Nothing said they would not open without a certain amount of guest bookings! The photo of the a la carte was one of the reasons we chose this place as it looked beautiful... never had the chance go. Iv nothing against Russians but guests are 70-80% Russian, which makes it hard to enjoy the entertainment in the evening as it is all in Russian. Room was good but might have been cleaner. Fruit bowl was late and no wine arrived with it when it did come. Bed making was shabby and hand towels were forgotten a few of times. Bathroom needs to be deep cleaned as some mould about. As mentioned earlier, the day trips were fantastic and we have had a great time. There were just a few too many issues around the hotel. Food and staff iffy but facilities are good and its a nice place. Edit: This review was written with a couple of days of the holiday left and someone at the resort must have read it as some things definitely improved! Bed making was better, a few more smiles from some staff and even some better, more varied meals. Much happier towards the end ? Still not what i would expect as a "5*" hotel but at least closer to 4*.

Positive about the hotel: nice pool and bar beside the pool with free drinks. Very lovely garden where you can get free cakes and desserts for an hour. Helpful staff, very friendly. Negative about the hotel: many russians, they are annoying and pushing you when its dinner time! There are no tables at dinner you have to wait with your food for like 10 minutes to find a table!! Some things in room were broken, but the staff came quickly and fixed it. There were not enough seats at the pool and beach, you had to come early at the morning to get a poolseat.

Things I liked: The hotel is very close to the beach. Indeed you have an underground passage from the hotel garden directly to the beach, which is very handy. They have sunbeds on the beach free of charge. The hotel has a quite large swimming pool and a beautiful green garden. The staff is very young and very hard-working. I hope they pay them well. The chefs certainly have talent. Cleaning is everyday and it is more than okay. Three quarters of the visiters are Russian, and the staff seems to speak basic Russian. Things I didn't like: The beach around this area is rocky, not sandy. So be sure you bring your sea shoes. It is an all-inclusive hotel and people waste a lot foods and drinks, I mean really a lot. Some may not care, but that was a very disturbing scene for me to see every day. That is not a fault of the hotel of course. The food offered are quite limited and below average in quality. The chefs seem to be doing their best with what the hotel management provides, but ... Two types of cheese at breakfast, boiled eggs, some jam, cereal and greens ... and that's all. For lunch and dinner, you will see chicken everyday, forezen supermarket meatballs grilled or fried, and a veggie dish. Salads are okay in taste but still very limited. No lemons! Lemon sauce instead, in a city where lemons are grown everywhere. Two large tables are reserved for someone during dinner time. They do not let anyone to sit there and dinner time is really crowded. What is "reserved" at a hotel restaurant? This is really disrespectful for the guests. I guess they are some people from the hotel management or the owner maybe.

Beautiful hotel with beautiful views located far from Bodrum. Guests are mostly from Russia. Food is good and staff are friendly but they don't speak English. Don't expect a five star hotel it's a three or four Star hotel. It's hard to find a place on the beach or main pool but other pools are relaxing and good. Totally not a bad hotel for one week.

Last year we stayed in this hotel for 5 nights. All entertainment was set up for Russians. Same lunch same dinner options every 2 days. Not enough tables. You need to reserve a table by putting breads-soup first then go cruising otherwise when you finish filling up your plate, literally no seats left. Overcrowded hotel, definitely not 5 stars.

Really wonderful hotel for any tourists)) It's as great for families with children as for two people in love. Huge territory has lots of swimming pools, amazing restaurants, and breathtaking views!!! And one of the best things - it's people working here. They are veeeeeery kind, cute and caring! I love Bodrum all my heart and this is the merit of the Green Beach❤❤❤

Very happy to spend our honeymoon at Green beach resort, excellent service and helpful staff. The food was delicious and very clean area. The management very responsible. I recommend this place

A very bad resort ! 1- no hot water in the shower 2- no internet at the rooms 3- very limited food buffet 4- the food is not delicious at all ? 5-so many russians, so the programes are prepared due to russian people only ! 6-kind of dirty 7- no room sevice 8- not organized at all 9-poor service I have mentioned what i have seen in my first day only, im wondering how im going to enjoy the rest of my vacation here ! Thebonly thing that i liked is the sea. Which is gods creation they have nothing to do with it.
