Harika deneyim

Yıllardır yamaç paraşütü yapmak istiyordum, bir türlü denk gelmemişti. Bu yıl Gravity ile bu deneyim bana da nasip oldu. Özellikle Meliha Hanım çok ilgili ve sıcak birisi. Uçuş pilotu Bahar Hanıma da ayrıca çok teşekkür ederim. Hem çok sıcaktı, hem de eğlenceli. Tabii ki de güvende olduğumu da hissettiriyordu. Bayram üzeri olması ve kalabalık sebebiyle biraz gecikmeler yaşasak da sonuçta güzel bir deneyimdi.

Experienced pilots and I guess a good tandem experience, but also the most commercial one. Be careful however, if you are a solo pilot getting a lift by them. On a day with very cloudy conditions at the take-off the driver (last bus at take-off) denied us a ride back down because we didn't buy the drive up with Gravity. There was plenty of space in the bus and we would have paid for the ride down (although this would be pretty strange to be honest). He just said it was not his problem and drove off, leaving us up there, with no cellphone connection basically forcing us to fly down through the clouds without any visibility of the lading spot. I wouldn't consider that a behavior that any pilot should support...

This was a fabulous experience and we totally enjoyed it. We started from the Gravity main office at 08:30. Paperwork and all done we hopped on a van and drove approx 30 mins to the top of the mountain. If you're lucky you might also go with the teleferik (a cable car) to the top. We were told the price for this is 90tl per person. Once at the top our pilots Tolga and Orkun prepared us a bit, hooked us to the harness and off we went. The flight is approx 30 min and it's beautiful, view and all. If you're an adrenaline junkie you can ask your pilot to flip you around. Landing was easier than I thought. Price for this was 750tl per person. All their pilots are EFA certified. Back at the office you can view the photos and video and if you choose to keep them this will cost you another 200tl per person. Great experience all round. I recommend wearing long sleeves top and bottom as it gets chilly up there in the morning.

This is clearly just a business, not their hobby not their passion. Staff was extremely rude and unfriendly. The descent extremely fast and unsafe! No explanations of technique were given. The view and experience of paragliding are amazing! We had done it before in other countries, and still believe this is a must for everyone but please do not do it here! Total rip off!!
