Grannos Thermal Hotel & Convention Center - Şehitler Cad No:10

Grannos hotel is heaven me and my wife suggest to come here every month, so I hope you guys come here for the experience of what we experienced. ☺️

- Service doesn't corresponds with 5 stars hotel.. at all. - They didn't bother change some of the dirty sheets in restaurant. - Cleaning rooms and taking garbage out should happen every day.. not wait customer to ask for cleaning. - Food was very normal. - Providing water and free tea in lobby should have happened every day. - Wifi wasn't working in my room.. only in lobby. Air conditioning was off.

I went in the winter during the covid pandemic. We were disappointed to find all the children's facilities out of order. I imagine Granos is much more fun during the summer when everything is functioning well.

Many issues need to be fixed in this hotel, there is no cleaning for the rooms daily, the room i reserved was double for family but with not enough beds, although it contains broken banio it leaks water. The food is good without enough choices. In the kids area there is no one to watch them.

GRANNOS Hotel is a hidden beauty located about 80 km away from Ankara, the capital. In a nutshell, the facilities in the hotel are good especially the idyllic rooms, lobby, pools, and cosy 'hamam" including the garden and the environment that's kempt. Also, the staff are wonderful and welcoming. Lastly, the foods are delicious with a lot of varieties for guests' delight. Indeed, our stay was worthwhile and we've already started planning for our next visit!

the hotel was very big and pretty, I enjoyed most of my time there and the all of the workers we’re so handsome and pretty, would go again just for the workers lol

Good for family and entertainment. Well organized and hygiene. I recommend it.

We had very short experience in this hotel as we stayed few hours only as a stop during our road trip. It is a very big hotel away from city in the middle of nowhere. We used the Spa, pool and hamman services. There was only one employee who knows English but they were welcoming and friendly. The thermal pool was nice and the hammam experience was amazing. There were lockers and shower rooms and they sure need maintenance. However, we had a very bad experience with food there. By the time we finished from the spa, the restaurant had closed and we had to order from the bar in the lobby. It took them 1 hour and 30 min to get our plates. And it was very difficult to communicate with them. We were very disappointed with this service after the very nice experience we had at the spa.
