Buldukları her karışı otopark yapmalarına rağmen çoğu site sakini site içerisine araç çekememektedir. Tüm yıl verilen yüksek aidat ise buna ekleniyor. Süs havuzları olmasına rağmen yazın kullanılmıyor muhtemelen aidat içersinde masraflarımızdan birisidir.
The reason why it is not 1 star is the landscaping and green areas, and also the security staff, the worst part is the parking problem. Despite the fact that they make parking lots on every street they can find, most of the residents are not able to tow a vehicle inside the site. The high dues paid all year are added to this. Although there are ornamental pools, they are not used in summer, probably one of our expenses within the subscription fee.

Bizde kapılar eski. AH! 1 oda büyüklüğündeki balkonunu söylemeyi unuttum. Fakat en büyük sıkıntı küçücük bir mutfağın olması. Ve bu 1 puan kırmama yetiyor benim için. Yine de memnunum.

The large garden where you can take walks, security at the gates, large hall, mall hospital, school, workplace, pastry shop, classroom... in short, the location within walking distance to everywhere, also in a busy place, easy to reach by bus and metro. However, you run the risk of coming across a building with no interior. Our doors are old. AH! I forgot to mention the 1 room size balcony. But the biggest problem is having a tiny kitchen.
