Otelin temizlik ve konforundan yemeklerine, organizasyondan müziklere kadar herşey mükemmeldi. Çalışanların ilgisi ve güleryüzlülüğü bizleri ve misafirlerimizi çok mutlu etti. Yunus bey sanki kendi düğününü yaparcasına düğünümüzün kusursuz olması için baştan sona kadar herşeyle bizzat kendisi ilgilendi. Başta otel sahibi Yunus bey olmak üzere, müzisyen Cemal bey'e, fotoğrafçı Hasan bey ve tüm çalışanlara sonsuz teşekkürler. Düğün ve organizasyonlarınız için Grand Safir Otel'i şiddetle tavsiye ediyorum.
We had the opportunity to entertain our guests in the hotel where we had my son's circumcision wedding. From the cleanliness and comfort of the hotel to everything from food to organization to music, everything was perfect. Employee interest and friendliness made us and our guests very happy. Yunus as if to make his own wedding to be perfect from the beginning to the end of the wedding itself took care of everything. Endless thanks to the photographer, Mr. Hasan, who is the owner of the hotel, and to the musician Cemal Bey. I highly recommend the Grand Safir Hotel for your weddings and events.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bir yıldız bile çok çalışanlar her ne kadar iyi insanlar olsa da emaneten bakıyorlar otelci değiller ki sorunlar da çalışanlardan bagımsız. Kalorifer yok, klima ısıtmıyor (klimanın yanlarındaki karış karış örümcek ağlarından bahsetmiyorum). Pencere yerine oturmuyor kapatmak için bi yarım saat kadar uğraştık. Kış günü ufacıcık bir fanlı ısıtıcı ile tüm geceyi geçirmek zorunda kaldım. Kredi kartı ile ödeme yok çünkü çalışan arkadaşlar bilmiyor. İnternetin olmadığını söylememe gerek dahi yok. Kısacası burası Hollywood filmlerindeki o terkedilmiş korku filmlerinin geçtiği yer.
Even a star is very good people, although they are good people, they are not hoteliers, the problems are independent of the employees. There is no heater, the air conditioner does not heat (I'm not talking about the spider webs on the sides of the air conditioner). The window doesn't fit, we worked for half an hour to close it. I had to spend the whole night with a tiny fan heater in winter. No credit card payments because employees don't know. I don't even need to say that there is no internet. In short, this is where those abandoned horror movies from Hollywood movies take place.
