The room smells toilets ?, bed customer service , reception staff very rude ? they try to charge you more , if they know you don't know the language, they try to track you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grand hotel is one of the best and cleaning place we ever stay at. I will share some pictures and video you can tell how clean rooms are. I can probably say this hotel is the best one in town. The garden they have you can sit there all night you don’t even wanna get up. Dinner was awesome and delicious. I highly recommend this place to everyone. Everyone work here always smile a whole time and great customer service. We love this place so much we will definitely come back here again.
