Otel 3 yıldız olablir ama bence daha üstün . Karşılama iyi personel güler yüzlü . odalar temiz .daha ne olsun

Rundum Preis Leistung stimmt sehr gut. Kann dieses Hotel mit gutem gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Bad experience. I'm a solo traveler and checked in late at night and the receptionist put me in a room with 3 beds and told me they will change the room the next day to one with a single bed. Around 12pm I got a call from the receptionist saying it's check out time and she was speaking to me in Turkish. I couldn't understand her except the "check out" part. Then they send another worker to my room who also didn't speak any English and was a bit aggressive telling me it's check out time. I had to use Google translate to tell then that I paid for two nights!! Then I had to go downstairs and it was clear that the receptionist from last night didn't tell them anything about room change. I had to show them my credit card and then they had to verify that I paid for two nights. The receptionists told me that they are cleaning the rooms now and I have to wait...they then went to have lunch and left me waiting in the lobby for half an hour. Poor communication between the receptions in night and day shift. Not very friendly. No smiles and the receptiont at night had a bad attitude. Not to mention, the door lock in the room that eventually gave me didn't work. I literally left my luggage. The room was open while I was outside. I don't recommend foreigners to stay in this hotel.

Don't recommend at all. This hotel is so bad and fake. When you book in intarnet they show something and when you go there you get something else. Even the pictures what they put in websites is not same. You have to pay if you'll have guests even in day time. If someone will come in to your room for 1 minute they will make you to pay one price for whole day for one person. Rooms. It not same like how they show, minibar is empty, there's only 2 small bottles of water. Even to wash your clothes you need to pay..... It's really shame To call this place hotel.
