★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gitmeden once bazi yorumlardan dolayi acaba diye dusundum. Ağrı gibi bir yer icin son derece yeterli, temiz ve sicak bir otel. 2 gece konakladim, bulundugum tarihte hava -16 olmasina ragmen soguk sikayetim olmadi. Kahvaltisi yeterli, istemeniz durumunda sahanda yumurta ve omlet secenekleri var. Kullanmadim ama havuz, spor salonuda varmis. Fiyatta gayet makuldu, Ağrı’ya gittigimde dusunecegim tek otel.
 Before I went I thought it might be because of some of the reviews. It is a clean and warm hotel that is extremely adequate for a place like Ağrı. I stayed for 2 nights, although the weather was -16 at the time I was there, I did not have any cold complaints. The breakfast is sufficient, if you wish, there are scrambled eggs and omelette options. I did not use it, but there is a pool and a gym. It was very reasonable in price, it is the only hotel I will think about when I go to Ağrı.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rezalet bir konaklama. Saat 23:10 ve 2 saattir banyonun musluğu açık, sıcak su yok. Gelen personel de sıcak mı akması gerekiyor diyor ? Çözüm yolu olarak hamam da duş alabilirsiniz beyefendi diyor! Ne fiyat ne performans! Hamam sauna ve havuz… sıfır hijyen. 4 gecelik rezervasyonu iptal ediyorum. Kimseye de önermiyorum.
A disgraceful stay. It's 23:10 and for 2 hours the tap of the bathroom is open, there is no hot water. The incoming staff also says whether it should be hot or not ? As a solution, you can take a shower in the hammam, sir, he says! Neither price nor performance! Hammam, sauna and pool… zero hygiene. I am canceling a 4 night reservation. I don't recommend it to anyone.
