Not a bad resort but I'm afraid not the best. Starting with positives - Beautiful views from the sea view rooms, and rooms themselves decent size for two adults and a 3 year old. Big beds for the parents and little one had there own sofa bed. Aircon in the room also. Very good entertainment team that are hard working and very friendly. Evening entertainment very good. Everyone was lovely to our little one. There are two pools one has a pool bar and this is normally quite busy for the one guy serving and at peak times he could have done with some backup - again he was friendly even when busy. There are beautiful green areas to walk around. Now I'm afraid the negatives - an these two points are key for families, there are no smoke free areas this includes all the seating areas and the main restaurant outside area. The food itself was a let down limited selection and never hot, the chefs are hard working but seem understaffed as you always que for main meals for around 5 - 10 minutes the same for chips, this every day started to become a drag. So like I say not a bad resort but could easily be made better by a couple of changes.

The check - in was not such a good experience! Also the food was not too international properly for all the guests! I recommend the ottoman restaurant from the resort ! On the site they have a place specially for children but in reality is a small pool and one swing! But ....the place has a beautiful garden and the personal is kind and professional !

We went there as a family from 4 members for a full week and we found that the maximum for the stay is 3-4 days as groups changes around. The hotel is old building needs maintenance specially the building (C) where we stayed. The hotel is located on a normal view on the Aegean Sea, the beach is natural ( has sharp rocks) and not clean . The Hotel has 2 big swimming pools and one small kids pool. The Mini club is nice safe place with many activities to leave the kids at to learn and make friends while have good time with your partner. The restaurant food is OK nothing is very special the portion of the food is so little for foodies but it’s OK. The entertaining team members are hilarious specially the brothers ( the youngest brother was trying to making out with an Ukrainian girl yesterday and we couldn’t stop hearing him trying to speak poor English to her while she asked another friend for translation). It has nice shows at night after the kids time 9:30 , all the areas is almost closed by 12:00 am but the umbrella bar at 3:00 Am. The wifi speed is too low and reach 3MBPS at its maximum, make sure to have your cellphone with its internet package. There are some special areas with additional costs available ( restaurants, Spa). We didn’t try . The cleaning team is doing some work but not enough as the rooms always cleaned in harry without a deep cleaning underneath or behind the furnitures. Also around the pool we found two used pampers for small kids not lifted all the day. The Hotel has very big area with few crew the reason they can’t deliver higher performance on their maximum.

Nice establishment, the service is good, the rooms are cleaned everyday and recent, the personel is nice and helpfull. The food is diversified and ok. The music is way to loud around the pool, one can not have a rest and the music choice is also not the best one. Animation team is yet to improve, during day not very dynamic and evening shows could be better. Globally, one can spend a nice week in this place. The hotel does respect the covid rules. We can find handgels and masks everywhere.

It is great value for the money. Having been to many other hotels, and knowing the prices, i can say GBS was actually cheap. Hotel rooms are nice and clean. There is variety for breakfast, lunch and dinner, they prepare bbq, as well as trafitional turkish pide. There is a snack bar close to the beach, a place for ayran and suborek and an icecream/ pastry place. A pool bar, and 2 other bars. The beach is nice and also has a beach bar. The staff is polite. They have 2 pools, an entertainment team and music at the pool and a separate pool for kids. The spa is nice and the prices of massages very low. 1 hour is 35 euro. We had a very nice time.

First of all, we booked all inclusive room for two persons. Starting with the first day, the room was clean and nice, but it should be noted that it is not modern style and shower place was small. When we moved to have Turkish style food called “gozleme” we were told by the lady that she is out of stock and she could only cook dough not with anything else even though there was 1 hour left for the closing (we entered at 15:30). Then we moved to snack bar and there were only two types of meals (hamburger with french fries and pizza). Although pizza was normal, the meat inside hamburger is questionable (I am meat lover and I know good meat). Moreover, the snack bar does not serve anything else except ice cream. We asked for some snack with beer, they replied that they are out of stock. 2 days in sequence they did not provide snack. The bar serves only one type of local beer and few local cocktails. Thus, beer was fine for me. The food is great and there is an amazing view with zero beach. There are two pools and both of them are not so big. However, the bar near the pool is nice. When we moved to fitness center, we were shocked. There are only 3 machines, no treadmill. Even there is no ventilation in the small not greater than 15 square meter fitness center. For me, the hotel does not deserve 5 stars considering these disadvantages. The most annoying part for me, when I approach for snack and “gozleme”, the answer is that they are out of stock. If you plan to have a great holiday, for sure this is not the place to visit.

The hotel has a big beautiful area, which is constantly treated with chemicals against insects. You go to dinner, and a worker sprays the plants, you, and the kids in front of you. The smell is terrible. In other hotels such a procedure is carried out at night, to sustain 3-4 hours before the appearance of people. The beach is not cleaned and on it periodically drives a tractor to lay out mattresses, it becomes impossible to breathe. There is not enough staff in the canteen and there are queues everywhere. If you are late to the beginning, then some items are already gone. On the positive side, the food is good, the room is cleaned daily, and the view is beautiful. On the whole, it is 3*. And I would not recommend coming here with children, given the continuous smog from chemicals.

Food was good. And the view too was awesome) , We booked a room for two people double bed, and upon arrival we found two separate beds.. When we spoke to the hotel management, they told us that we had to wait a day in this room and then they would change the room for us.. The hotel owes us lunch on the check-out because on the day of check-in they make us enter at 14:00 and lunch ends at This time, they are not entitled to request an additional fee. Anyway, we talked to them and they finally understood.
