Good for cheap holiday shopping always open till late everyday. Never go for the first price offered as when you haggle the price will often drop to half for expensive items like bags etc.

Great if you can cope with the constant calling from the shop keepers. A polite no thanks is all that's needed to enjoy getting all your bargains in the shops you chose to look in. Have made a few friends in there who will bend over backwards to help.

Always a great laugh and a superb place for a bargain if you haggle properly. You will get moidered but as long as you are polite, the shop owners will always be polite woth you.

It's like the Glasgow barras, market full of fake, "genuine fake" lol and good fakes. All at good price, best price and Asda price. Got to barter and haggle which is part of the fun.

It is what is. A polite and firm no thanks is what is required and the traders will leave you alone but also some of the banter is good if you actually chat to the guys without the pressure of buying fakes.

Not what I expected as locals class it as their ‘market’ however wasn’t bad. Constant fighting of custom from different shops and is quite enclosed but if intelligent can get some great deals :)

Everything a tourist wants, but lots of the same things in shop after shop so check prices in a few !! Mix of local shops, coffee shops, some good leather shops and plenty of copy goods !! You may find better prices in side streets near your hotel for the same items but when it is busy it is worth the experience !!

If you're looking for leather (unsure of credibility), knock off designer brands, Turkish delight or souvenirs, this is the place to go. Varieties of these four places were everywhere. If you want own made original items, this is perhaps not the place for you, although there are a few outside the market. The haggling became quite intense and you definitely have to learn to say no. We met a couple of really friendly, lovely people. Notably was one the Turkish delight shops, where the shop owner was more than happy to let us taste everything he had before purchasing and never tried to haggle with us once.
