★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best authentic Turkish experience yet! Their amazing food is their strongest point! Every dish is packed with flavour, their menu has endless traditional dishes to choose from and every meal was beautiful and instagramable!
The hotel itself is cosy. In terms of hospitality the staff is friendly and eager to help. The hotel was very clean and had most amenities.
The hotel also offers a chauffeur service and tours. I really enjoyed going to the Ani ruins and the frozen lake with them. Getting to and from the airport was also made easy.
All in all I would highly recommend! ❤️❤️❤️

Room was clean, practical, and with perfect Wifi.
Very good breakfast.
Diner had good mezes, but kuzu a bit though.

Also Beyza from the reception was really helpful. She suggested me the best spots to visit in Kars and organized the taxi for me go to Ani at the best price

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 problems in one night , safe box is not working, room is freezing , they closed the heating system, refrigerator is not working , a total bad experience in a lousy place. Be careful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spacious rooms with good presentation and amenities and a very helpful staff (they actually offered to drive me to the hospital and helped my find the way through the burocracy to do my PCR test).
My only peeve was that a lot of the staff couldn't speak english, but that seems to be a thing in most places in Turkey.
