★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Top notch hotel, I've been to a good few 5 star places and the Grand Altuntas has definitely earned each and every star that they have from start to finish. Service is great, staff are friendly and always happy to help. The rooms are comfortable to stay in, food is good, and the other hotel facilities are plentiful. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We occasionally stay at this hotel as a family due to my husbands work. Staff is very friendly and understanding, food is tasty and portions are good enough that i never have to order for my daughter; one dish is enough for both of us. Rooms are clean and spacious, staff provide you with anything you want. Pool is clean, warm and has a panoramic view which is great especially in winter. And it’s just half an hour away from Cappadocia!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is not a hotel to be recommended to anyone, its staff are very rude. I checked in, no one showed me my room. I left with 3 luggages in my hand. Also, when I made a complaint, they act like they're going to beat me instead of apologizing

When I visited this place for the second time things were improved therefore I give them 5 Star rating ?
