Good hotel. It's clean, and with good service as for Turkey. The food is okayish as well. Not a gland hotel, but best from what I experienced in Turkey, that's why 5*

Clean, huge area, kids club, indoor/outdoor big swimming pools, food is ok. Minor issues are acceptable. Initially I put 5 stars feedback and bellow will explain why it’s not when crowd comes. The hotels want to be good for families and conferences and it’s complete disaster. It turns into nightmare when crowd comes eg. a conference it could happen even in non season. Night/evening air in room becomes smoke like in night club. No chance to sleep with fresh air when outside temperature is about 8-10. I didn’t find a way to set ac to get comfortable temperature. Main restaurant rules have changed. Now you need stay in line to get empty plate then lines if you want to get any dish. Next challenge will be to find free table. It could be that it kind of covid restrictions but strange in march of 2022 when other countries removes it because most people are vaccinated/recovered.

I don't normally put reviews, but this is something I have to do. It is like a 3 star hotel. Rooms are not clean properly, so I have to give a tip to the housekeeper to ask for proper cleaning. At the restaurant it is hard to find a clean table to sit, you can hardly find someone to ask for a drink. Overall this is my worst experience I have ever had as an all inclusive 5 star hotel. Edit: I changed 1 star review to 2. After my review their guest relations manager Simge contacted us and tried to help us, she was a good listener, however one person does not have enough power to solve the whole problems at the hotel.

Spa was excellent, the pools were huge however it was cold, which is normal considering the size. The rooms were nice and the staff were absolutely amazing, they couldn’t be nicer and more helpful especially mustafa arslan, osman ates. the food was good but it could have been better considering it is a deluxe hotel. the decoration and the cleaning is absolutely excellent. The bars and the drinks were amazing.

I booked this resort for both my son and husbands birthday! We are still here day 2 out of 8! Each and every staff member are professional polite and well dressed The food, omg there is too much to select from I have a son who makes me cry with food but he has been very well behaved here eating bits and bobs of everything he prefers. The pools they have indoor heated pools for kids and for adults they have a salt water pool also heated indoors the spa is amazing you only pay extra if it is private The Maldives beach side is beautiful the huts too The views are impeccable ? The hotel is grand So much to do with little ones Play room cinemas pools water park cookie baking face painting they have an arcade room very cheap and you pay for the games but worth it then have their own snack shops and gift shops if you want to buy from there There are professional photographers with shops hair salons massage face therapies First hand! It is my favourite trip by far Thank you for the amazing trip so far x

We’re at Granada Luxury Belek this week, gorgeous weather and the hotel in amazing! We’re ex Thomas Cook staff so we know our Turkey Hotels, and this great for families with young children. Food is excellent, a la cartes we’ll give a miss as they’re around 25 - 30 euros per person and the buffet restaurant is lovely. Staff are really friendly and I’d recommend the Family Deluxe Rooms, really spacious with 2 king size beds and a single. Oh and two mini bars that are refilled daily. The only thing that lets this hotel down (in our opinion) is the evening entertainment, it’s indoors at the moment and the quality isn’t there. I’m sure once the outdoor theatre is open outside it will be excellent.

The only negative point was food. As food is very bland and less choice for vegetarians/vegans. Otherwise highly recommended place to stay. Excellent kids activity so adults can enjoy themselves. They have different classes for kids which means free adult and drink as much as you like ?. Amazing service. Staff members are very polite and ready to help when needed.

General resort facilities are excellent. However the service is absolutely poor for a 5 star - pretty much from reception staff who have no concept of making customers feel welcome to hotel staff - many of who cannot offer customer care eg if one is struggling with putting up the sun shade no one will come to help you or when we were checking out no one helps with the bags etc. Food is also not to a 5 star resort standard. Overall, with the exception of the hotel facilities, most other areas are comparable to a 3/4 star hotel. Wouldn’t recommend this resort.
