Nice hotel and compact cholera kind personnel but no water park

I must present an honest assessment as I did not stay at the hotel. I did visit my friends who stayed at the hotel only to be told that guest friends were not allowed in the lobby or anywhere in the hotel. We were only allowed to meet outside in the heat and humidity of the entrance where a couple of sofas were available. My 5 stars friend staying there were needless to say furious. We were not interested in snapping the all-inc guests foods or drinks. Further we were happy to pay for any drinks as we normally do when we visit any hotels. The experience was very uncomfortable, we were made to look like unwanted suspicious people. The owners or managers of the resort clearly should go back to hospitality school or read hospitality 101 for dummies. We are actively advising our friends who planned to stay at Granada Luxury to avoid it completely or anything similar. It is common for us (2 couples) to visit same town and stay in different hotels. We visit each other's hotels to experience the service and facilities and this is the first time we encounter such unparalleled stupidity. Having said that, I am not qualified to comment on hotel's facilities and service as I mentioned earlier, we did not stay there (thankfully).

The design is really good. Everywhere is so clean. Meals are delicious. I had so much fun. I relaxed, had fun,laughed... Eventually, I suggest granada to everyone. Thanks.

Great place, awesome people, clean rooms, beautiful beach. Even during covid pandemic we had an amazing time; everything was clean and safe and all the staff was wearing masks. The food was delicious and every day there was something new that we didn't try before. Another plus is that the hotel is actually in a city. You could go shopping at a 5 minutes walk outside the resort.

Currently we are in hotel. Last year we were in Rubi Platinum for 15 days. Price is higher here. Pool is small. Night animation is not existing. Granada need to pay attention to cleaning and service is slow. Food is average. Overpriced hotel.. Night lobi bar deserves 3 stars. No vegetation. For same a lower price - go to Rubi Platinum - 100% recommended!! Perfect hotel and the best in Avsallar and Alanya overall. Personel is nice and they are trying their best - but it seems that upper management doesn't know that they have X5 better hotel 300 meters far - Rubi Platinum. We will not come here again.

Stay away from this hotel. Last we've been in Rubi Platinum, the Best hotel in Alanya ..for 2 weeks.. this year we've paid almost the same price for Granada for 8 days. We took the best room. And we took best pavilion on the sea. Despite everything, service is poor. Cleaning is average. Stuffed with primitive Russian, i don't know how such people came to this relatively expensive hotel that supposed to be luxury. People are villagers,.the most of them. Dogs on the beach, sea is wonderful. Food is the same everyday and we had stomach problems everyday. Lobi bar is like bus station bar, looks poor and servs poor. Stuff is OK, but they need education. Almost none of the stuff speaks English everything is designed for Russian villagers. Guests relationship managers is UKranian lady. So its self-explanatory. Night music is average - too Loud and old And boring.. no vegetation..on the sea Side there is no privacy you literally sitting surrounded by other people... Prices are way to high for such service. It's 4 star hotel. In the room they give you only plastic cups. We've paid almost 3k EUR for 8 days .. max value for this hotel is 1k EUR for 8 days for 2.. guys, pleas who ever is traveling to Alanya region - go to Rubi Platinum...we are not paid counter marketing or posh UK/German guests .. trust me.. stay away from this hotel. Today we've found human hair in bread. People are trying their best here. But If you want VALUE FOR your money, don't come here .

Lovely hotel. Went back for the second time. All going well again next year. The staff are very friendly, our sea view room was very comfortable and clean. Food really good. Beach good, beach man very friendly so are the dogs.

I booked an ocean view suite at this hotel which was advertised as one of their luxury suites. Little did I know, that I wasted my money and that what I got was the farthest from "Luxury". As soon as I walked in the room, I noticed absence of slippers, bath robe, wet bar was merely a coffee maker with a pretzel bag and couple of sodas in mini fridge. The bedding is velvet red, and the room had blinking neon lights on both outside terrace and side terrace until midnight which prevented me from sleeping without shutting the solid curtains which in turn blocked the view/ocean breeze I paid extra for. There was no switch to be able to turn them off btw. Elevator music turns on automatically in the room at around 9am with no instruction on how to turn it off. Finally, the food was horrible. As a result, I had to check out the next day and when I asked for a refund for the remaining 4 days, the manager on site refused. To add insult to injury, he tried to have me sign some paper stating that I left on my own which I naturally refused. Booking.com was no help either, they contacted the hotel asking for my refund and when the staff refused again, they basically said, sorry nothing we can do for you. I'm not sure how either business is still functioning with such bad customer service. Never again.
