I bought a 2019 model Fıat Egea from Kastamonu Gözde Otomotiv. My vehicle was burning oil every 6000 km and I was taking my vehicle to the service by taking oil from the gas station every time. This situation repeated 2 times and they said that they could not do this problem free of charge even though my vehicle was under warranty. I was going to give it to the court, I gave up. This time, the official there has a problem of burning oil in these vehicles, bro, said, sell it, I sold the vehicle instead of giving it to the court and waiting for 3-5 years. I contacted the Samsun dealer, if any, we will cross from there. My advice to you is do not pass near Gözde Automotive, they do not own their goods, their customer relations were terrible.
