i went to hospital becouse i was sick that place was so nice Clean and all doctor personal so friendly realy i liked i suggest to peoples who has healthy problems ?

I've seen 2 doctors here and both were very good, thorough and both spoke English. The hospital is large and equipped with up to date equipment. All the staff were friendly and helpful....

Extremely unkind, heartless people, unwillingly to really care and help, very unprofessional, only interested in money! Not dedicated to their profession! Only one German speaking lady was nice... but she could not change the overall bad impression this hospital made. We were in the Orthopedic station.

I had emergency Gall Bladder removal surgery at Gozde Hospital, I was admitted as an urgent case as I couldn't keep any fluids and the following day had surgery in the morning. I can only praise the hospital doctors, nurses and staff in general. The hospital is an extremely comfortable place to stay and you have 24 hour professional care.

I met Dr. Nasratulla Haidar of emergency Department and Dr. Omar, Cardiologist, both were Excellent doctors and were attention to details while treating. Both Doctors speaks good English and make understand to the patient clearly and very precisely. The location is excellent and the hospital staff are very friendly. The set up is very hygienic and clean. All appropriate covid measurements are taken and are inplace fully. A pharmacy for out patients could add value. Shafeeq

I was at Gezde hospital for gastric botox August, 2021. Be aware of the payment method they use at this hospital. I am from USA, and here we pay at financial office. There, their secretary Tugba asked me to split the payment and besides paying at the hospital's cashier office with my card, I had to pay the rest of the money in cash to her or send money to her personal account. First, I did not trust her and refused to pay except at the hospital. They refused to do my procedure if I did not pay cash to them and explained that this is how they make payments. The staff including the Dr. U was barely talking to me, and seemed to be careless. The procedure went ok, I was in and out quickly. Have not seen any effects yet but will continue following their instructions. I am not going to go there again and do not recommend this place.

Gozde hospital was very nice absolutely had perfect employee and every body can have good experience for test and I appreciate to the manager Miss demet camci for help us in this tests.

PCR test was done professionally and fast. But they DONT SEND the email of the result that they promised. We can't go to airport without the RESULTS. We gave them 2 email addresses to avoid spelling errors, and they promised to send within the day. Until morning no email sent, phone call was not picked up! That's why you deserve only 1 star.
