Kesinlikle ama kesinlikle kira sozlesmesi vb. hukuki gecerliligi olan belgelerinizi duzenli olarak guncelleyin. Duvarlar cok ince ve ses geciriyor. Tuvalet giderleri araliklarla sıkıntı çıkarıyor. Tek iyi yani konumu.
Since I am a tenant, I am evaluating it in this area. Not a good place for a tenant. Your presence or absence does not matter for the site. They can even interfere with your window opening and closing. Absolutely, definitely lease agreement etc. Update your legal documents regularly. The walls are very thin and soundproof. Toilet drains cause problems intermittently. The only good thing is the location.
