Hayatımda gördüğüm en kötü müşteri iletişimleri var çok kabalar özellikle bir bayan olmama rağmen ilk kez bu kadar kaba ve saygısız insanlarla karşılaştım. İşlerini hiç güzel yapmıyorlar. Hiçbir şekilde alışveriş yapılabilecek bir mağaza değil. Lütfen dikkatli olun bunlara. Aklınız varsa siz de alışveriş yapmayın. Zaten içeriye girince siz de anlayacaksınız durumu.
 They don't deserve even a star I gave. The worst customer communications I have ever seen in my life are very rude, although I am a woman especially, for the first time I have encountered such rude and disrespectful people. They don't do their job at all. It is not a store to shop in any way. Please be careful with them. If you have a mind, don't shop. You will understand the situation when you come in already.

Ürünler kalitesiz çıktı, aldığımız bahçe mobilyaları geldiğinde balansı yoktu yani oturunca oynuyordu kabul etmedik yenisi geldi , onların da ahşap kol kısmında ezikler verdı tekrar geri yolladık, yenisinin de ahşap kısmı 15 günde çatlayıp ayrılma yaptı ve sonra da metal kısmının boyası döküldü. Bunların hepsi 1 ay içinde oldu. İade etmek istedim ama onu da beni oyalayarak iadesini almadılar.
Actually, I wouldn't even want to give this a star. The products came out of poor quality, the garden furniture we bought did not have a balance when it came, so we did not accept it, we did not accept it, a new one came, they also gave me losses in the wooden arm part, we sent it back again, the wooden part of the new one cracked in 15 days and then the metal part was spilled. All of this happened in 1 month. I wanted to return it but they did not get it back by distracting me.

Fotoğrafı olmayan hesaplar saçma sapan yalan yorumlar yazmış.insanlık neden bu hale geldi anlamıyorum.. gayet ürününün arkasında duran insanlar. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 12000 liraya aldığım salıncağı kurmayı beceremediler. Haftalarca uğraştım ve yenisi ile değiştirmeye diye geldiler ama sadece parça getirmişler ve yine beceremediler. Son hali resimleri ekte koydum. Sol üst köşe karşılamıyor, salıncak sağ kol dayama yerine 15, sol tarafa ise 5 cm yakınlıkta :) Çok amatör olduklarını bilmenizi isterim.Paramla rezil oldum. Resimleri incelemenizi öneririm.
They failed to install the swing I bought for 12000 liras. I tried for weeks and they came to replace it with a new one, but they only brought parts and still couldn't manage. I have attached the final pictures. The upper left corner does not meet, the swing is 15 cm closer to the right armrest and 5 cm to the left :) I want you to know that they are very amateur. I was disgraced with my money. I suggest you review the pictures.
