Aidat harici temizlik ücreti 210 TL alındı
Merkezi sistem gündüz donuyoruz buna rağmen 300 tl doğalgaz faturası geliyor
25 yıllık bina deprem de beşik gibi sallandık
depremden 2 gün sonra yangın çıktı doğalgazı dahi kapamadılar önlem için :/

My estimation of the old building is at least 15 maybe 20 years old.
You should not have expectations. The inside of the houses built on 4 flats is even narrower, I don't know the square meter, there is a sound noise event, there are places such as markets around it.
